


Really, overall your diet will effect how well your brain functions. The brain needs healthy fats, especially dha, so including those in your diet will help. The decline could be due to many things that are simply due to lifestyle choices that accumulated to the point of eventually having a noticable effect. One day during a test I tried to pull up my notebook in my head, but the writing and pages were blurry. When I hit my last year or two of college, my detailed memory started to really fade away. I can still recall some of the terrifying dreams and scary daydreams I had as a child and young adult. I would see things and FEEL them as if they were really happening. I didn’t have to study much because I could go into my notebook in my mind, find where I wrote it down, and answer the questions on the test, etc. I used to have an intense imagination and detailed memory. Has anyone experienced losing their memories and ability?
